Yes, kind of. Kanvas doesn’t charge hourly or per project. Instead, you’ll get access to your dashboard to add as many requests as you’d like. Depending on your plan, we’ll work through them in your preferred order, one at a time.

Are the revisions really unlimited also?

Of course! You can revise any design as long as you have an active Pro or Max membership.

How do I request designs?

You're offered a ton of flexibility when requesting designs using the dashboard in your client portal. Some common ways clients request designs are directly via sharing Google Docs or wireframes or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). If it can be linked in your client dashboard, it's fair game.

How long to fulfill a request?

I'll deliver the first version of each design request within 48 hours (sometimes faster, depending on the asset). I’ll address revisions within 24 hours. To guarantee that your request is ready by Friday, please remember to submit it no later than Tuesday. This timeline is necessary to allow us sufficient time for processing. Additionally, prioritize your request by placing it at the top of your "To Do" queue in your client dashboard. Be aware that the delivery time for your request may vary based on its complexity.
