CIMA Strategic Plan Design
MISSION
CIMA required a visually compelling and professional format for its 2024–2026 Strategic Plan. The intent was to clearly communicate mission, vision, values, six strategic objectives, related initiatives, and a delivery model to internal stakeholders and the public. The design needed to align with institutional branding and present complex information in a more accessible, engaging manner.

CHALLENGE
The Strategic Plan contained multiple sections—mission and vision statements, six core objectives, key initiatives, delivery framework, and values. The challenge was to create a cohesive layout that allowed readers to absorb structured information easily without visual clutter. The design also needed to accommodate rich content such as diagrams, PDF integration, and grids for readability across platforms and formats.


OUTCOME
The final design provided a clean, professional layout that reinforced CIMA’s identity and facilitated clear communication of strategic content. Visual hierarchy guided readers through sections smoothly, while elements like iconography and structured grids supported better comprehension. The end result was a polished deliverable that CIMA used across digital and print formats to share its roadmap confidently with stakeholders. The design bridged complex content and clarity, enhancing both usability and brand trust.
